No-Show / Cancellation Policy:

  • If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.  
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
  • If you cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before your appointment time and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged ½ of the scheduled appointment fee.
  • If you cancel or reschedule at least one day before your scheduled appointment you will not be charged any fee and we thank you for the advance notice!
